Introduction
Hi everyone, I’m Amber and I’m Realtor here in Phoenix, Arizona. Today, we’re checking out the town of Fountain Hills, in the northeast corner of the valley.
Fountain Hills, AZ
Fountain Hills is famous for its namesake, the huge fountain near the center of town. Which is among the tallest fountains in the world. The area is also known for its scenic mountain views and somewhat secluded location.
The population here is just shy of 24,000 people. You definitely get a small-town feel when you arrive in Fountain Hills. It has an artsy and nature vibe for sure.
From a map or ariel view, you can see that Fountain Hills was built in and amongst the hills, which also contributes to its uniqueness.
Fountain Hills is about 40 min from downtown Phoenix, 30 minutes from Sky Harbor Airport. Grocery, dining and shopping is all in the town. Hiking and golfing. Not to mention a local museum and theator. We-Ka-Pa Resort and Casino is just a few minutes away.
